We have compiled our frequently asked questions here. If you have a question that is not answered on this page, please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page and we’d love to help you!

CAN YOU CREATE A SMALL, INTIMATE SETTING AT YOUR VENUE?

Yes! We can accommodate parties with guest attendance ranging from 20 people to 200 people. 

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS REGARDING DECORATIONS?

Sparklers are allowed – You must provide a sand or water bucket for disposal.

Candles are allowed - You must provide something under the candle to catch the wax. 

Anything that is being sprinkled or thrown must be biodegradable : Real Flowers, Dried Flowers, Bird Seed

NO Plastic Flowers, Confetti, Nails, Glue, or Glitter are allowed - INSIDE OR OUTSIDE

Do you allow food trucks?

Yes, we have a specific slot so the food truck can be right by your reception or cocktail area.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Alvarado, TX a small town south of Fort Worth. We are located 2 miles from 35W, right off of Highway 67 and County Road 810 South.

DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL AND SMOKING?

Yes, ALL alcohol is required to be managed and served by a TABC licensed and bonded bartender or bartender company even if the bartender allows BYOB.
ALL liquor must be made with a mixer (NOT including water or ice). - No Straight Shots of liquor -
Smoking is ONLY allowed in the Parking Lot or around the Fire Pit. 

DO YOU REQUIRE SECURITY GUARDS TO BE PRESENT?

Security Guards are required if:
1. Your event has a guest count of

              50 or less = 1 Security Guard
              51-200 guests = 2 Security Guards 

2. If there is any alcohol being served -
              Alcohol cannot be served until both the bartender and security guard are present.
              Security Guard must be present from the time the first drink is served, until the end of your rental time.
             2 Security Guards are required when alcohol is served.

 - If you have less than 100 guests and are NOT serving alcohol, a security guard is not required -

*Security Guards are contracted and charged through The Pines for events that serve alcohol and/or have over
50 guests!
