CAN YOU CREATE A SMALL, INTIMATE SETTING AT YOUR VENUE?

Yes! We can accommodate parties with guest attendance ranging from 20 people to 200 people. 

ARE THERE VENDOR RESTRICTIONS?

Please feel free to utilize whichever vendor you are most comfortable with. We can provide a “Recommended Vendor List” upon request. We do have alcohol and security vendor restrictions. All alcohol must be served with by a licensed and bonded server or bartending company. Security is required if alcohol is being served.  

DO YOU OFFER DAY OF COORDINATION?

Yes, we offer day of coordination for your special day. Day of coordination is $50 per hour at a 5 hour minimum. 

CAN I USE SPARKLERS FOR A SEND OFF?

Sparklers are allowed at our venue for a send off. A bucket of sand or water is required for all sparklers to be disposed in. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Alvarado, TX a small town south of Fort Worth. We are located 2 miles from 35W, right off of Highway 67 and County Road 810 South.
